Find Maid UAE is an AI-powered Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform. We utilize proprietary web-aggregation tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to index, structure, and curate publicly available professional data within the domestic services sector. Our software automatically identifies and categorizes key attributes, providing users with a high-utility, searchable database of service provider profiles.

Our revenue model is strictly a flat-rate subscription fee for access to our curated software platform and data-filtering tools.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Find Maid UAE (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3. Eligibility

• Profile data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Users are responsible for verifying information independently

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Find Maid UAE and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND MAID UAE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find Maid UAE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
