Zeny

Zeny Ondoy brings over two decades of caregiving experience, with a background in both childcare and elderly care across several countries. From 2014 to 2022, she worked with a French family at Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai as a nanny and household cleaner, where she cared for two children from birth through their early years. Her responsibilities included supervising baths, preparing meals and snacks, doing laundry and ironing, organizing children’s activities, transporting them to school, and planning rest and nap times. She also helped keep the home clean, cared for pets, and watered plants daily.

From 2023 to 2025, she worked with a Greek family, where she looked after their children and supported their daily needs. She was responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing environment, preparing meals, assisting with school routines, organizing playtime, and ensuring a balance of learning and recreation.

Before that, she gained extensive experience in caregiving roles in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Manila, and Dubai Marina. From 2002 to 2004, she worked with a Chinese family in Hong Kong, where she provided personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance, while also handling meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and general housekeeping. She also monitored medications, supported mobility needs, and provided companionship. From 2008 to 2010, she continued her caregiving journey in Taiwan, where she assisted with daily personal care, recreational activities, medical appointments, and everyday decisions.

She considers herself a quick learner, a good listener, and someone who brings warmth, flexibility, and commitment to every task she takes on.
