Stella

Stella Kwamboka Kabinga has been working as a child caregiver with the Paterson family, a South African household, since December 2022. In her current role, she prepares nutritious meals and supports feeding routines, assists with personal care including diapering and hygiene routines while promoting independence in older children, and supervises nap times within structured daily schedules. She transports children safely to school and extracurricular activities, maintains organized learning and play environments, and supports early learning by assisting with homework, reading, and educational activities. Her responsibilities also include ensuring children's safety during activities and outdoor experiences, responding to minor injuries or illnesses, and performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
