Shiela Marie Espares has been working as a housekeeper and nanny in Dubai since May 2024, where she combines childcare responsibilities with comprehensive household management. In her current role, she prepares meals for the family, facilitates educational activities for children, and maintains the cleanliness of the house through regular washing and ironing of clothes. Her position requires balancing multiple domestic duties while ensuring children receive proper care and educational support in their daily routines. Prior to her domestic work experience, Shiela spent eight years in customer service roles, including her position as Service Crew Team Leader at Mojica Mance Hamburger Food Corporation from August 2014 to 2022, where she prepared and served customers, processed bills and exchanges, and generated daily reports. She also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland Global Services from February 2013 to February 2014, managing customer concerns and providing assistance over the phone.
