Sheiler has over seven years of experience in childcare and household management across Kenya and Dubai. She began her career in Nairobi from 2017 to 2019, caring for three children aged 4 months to 10 years, followed by another position with four children aged 4 months to 8 years until 2020. Since September 2020, she has worked in Dubai caring for three children aged 7 to 13 years. Her responsibilities include managing school transportation, homework assistance, meal preparation, and maintaining children's daily routines. As a First Aid and CPR certified professional, she ensures children's safety during both indoor and outdoor activities. Speaking both English and Swahili, she describes herself as compassionate and organized, combining childcare duties with household management including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Her focus includes teaching appropriate social behaviors and maintaining regular communication with parents about children's progress.
