Sheila Mae D. Dequiña worked as an overseas housekeeper for a private family in Meshref, Kuwait from 1999 to 2001, where she cleaned and sanitized the entire house including living room, bathroom, dining room, and guest room, prepared the dining table, washed kitchen tools and utensils and stored them properly, changed, washed, and ironed all linens, organized the house, prepared food for the family, and disposed of garbage. She also took good care of the family's grandchildren when they visited. From 2007 to 2010, she worked as a sales executive at Sharief Store in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, and from 2010 to 2012, she worked as a sales executive at TAMARA Rent a Car in Dubai. From 2014 to 2025, she worked as a licensed teacher in the Philippines. She is a mother of two sons and describes herself as knowing how to take good care of children and keep the house neat and tidy. She also describes herself as trainable, goal-oriented, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated with housekeeping skills.
