Nakku Shamim has two years of experience working as a nanny and maid in the UAE. Since May 2023, she has been working for a British family, providing care for infants including feeding, changing, and developmental support, assisting the family with household tasks while ensuring children's needs were met, and supporting early childhood milestones. Since March 2023, she has also been working as a caregiver and nanny through Al Zarafa Human Resources Consultancy in Al-Ayn.
