"In my previous role, I cared for a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old. My daily role was to manage their complete routine, which included preparing balanced meals, organizing sensory playtime, driving them to local playgroups, and implementing potty training.My biggest accomplishment in this position was successfully preparing the older child for junior kindergarten. I designed daily learning games that taught him phonics and basic math. By the time he started school, his teacher noted he was socially and academically ahead of schedule. I also successfully transitioned the youngest out of diapers within three months."
