Renalyn

Renalyn Lantano has been working in Dubai since 2020, building hands-on experience in childcare and household management. She spent over two years as a housemaid and nanny with a local family, where her responsibilities included caring for both an infant and a toddler. Her day-to-day tasks involved preparing age-appropriate meals and formula, organizing the children's belongings and spaces, establishing sleep and feeding routines according to the parents' preferences, and ensuring the safety and supervision of the children throughout the day. She also cared for the family's pets. Prior to this, she worked for one year with Just Life Cleaning Company as a cleaner and spent six months as a waitress at a wedding hall.

She describes herself as having empathy, compassion, emotional strength, and skills in relationship building and active listening. Her experience centers on infant and toddler care, including supporting mothers during the early stages of childcare, maintaining tidy and organized children's areas, and adapting to each family's specific routines and needs.
