Ofelia brings over 12 years of comprehensive domestic work experience across the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. She began her career as a nanny with a local Arab family in Saudi Arabia from 2011 to 2013, where she organized creative activities and educational games like drawing, crafting, and puppet games, prepared children's meals including bottle-feeding for babies, changed diapers and bathed infants, helped older children wash up and take baths, and scheduled nap times.

Her experience expanded through housekeeping roles with a local Arab family in Dubai from 2016 to 2017, followed by six years as a house maid with another local Arab family in Dubai from 2017 to 2023. In these positions, she kept carpets and rugs clean through shampooing and vacuuming, performed sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to remove dirt and debris, washed windows and walls plus polished woodwork, scrubbed toilets and showers, cleaned and stocked restrooms, notified managers of necessary repairs, and kept facilities and common areas clean and maintained.

Ofelia describes herself as empathetic and dedicated with extensive experience assisting the elderly, children, and disabled people, possessing a deep passion for helping others and a highly professional attitude with great communication skills.
