Nurashi

Nurashi Manchanayaka has been working in childcare since arriving in Dubai in 2025, where she has been looking after children part-time and gaining experience in understanding family needs. Prior to moving to Dubai, she worked for six months as a caregiver in Sri Lanka after completing an Elderly Caregiver Course. Her experience includes caring for babies up to one year old, handling tasks such as feeding, changing diapers, bathing, dressing, cleaning bottles, and putting babies to sleep. She also engages with infants through early developmental activities, helping them smile, respond to sounds, and learn simple routines.

She holds a First Aid Level One Certificate, which she uses to handle emergencies safely and calmly. She describes herself as loving, kind, patient, friendly, and trustworthy, and says she always tries to create a positive, safe, and warm environment for the children in her care. She lives in Al Rashidiya, Dubai, with her husband and is on a spouse visa valid until January 2027. Her focus is on providing gentle care and attention to support healthy development in the babies and young children she works with.
