Neni

Neni Despiana brings over two decades of hands-on experience in childcare and housekeeping across Dubai, having worked continuously in domestic roles since 2001. Her journey began with a school cleaning company where she served as a bus attendant and assistant teacher from 2001 to 2002, monitoring children's safety during transportation, helping young children board and exit buses, and assisting classroom teachers with organizing materials and supporting student behavior. During this time, she also maintained classroom cleanliness and helped with school events, developing her patience and communication skills with children from diverse backgrounds.

Since 2002, Neni has worked as a housemaid and nanny for multiple private families in Dubai, providing comprehensive childcare for infants, toddlers, and young children including feeding, diapering, bathing, and sleep routines. Her daily responsibilities encompass preparing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining household cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, and ironing, and organizing children's playtime and educational activities. She describes herself as patient, calm, child-friendly, positive, respectful, and loyal, while also being reliable under minimal supervision. Neni assists with school preparation routines, monitors children's health and safety, runs household errands including grocery shopping, and provides hospitality support during family gatherings.
