Neni Despiana brings over two decades of hands-on experience in childcare and housekeeping across Dubai, having worked continuously in domestic roles since 2001. Since 2002, Neni has worked as a housemaid and nanny for multiple private families in Dubai, providing comprehensive childcare for infants, toddlers, and young children including feeding, diapering, bathing, and sleep routines. Her daily responsibilities encompass preparing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining household cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, and ironing, and organizing children's playtime and educational activities. She describes herself as patient, calm, child-friendly, positive, respectful, and loyal, while also being reliable under minimal supervision.
