Nancy brings eight years of comprehensive healthcare and childcare experience across Dubai's medical and private care settings. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at HMS Mirdif Hospital from 2021 to 2024 in the Emergency and Pediatric Units, where she assisted medical staff with patient care, monitored vital signs, helped with daily living activities, and maintained safe, clean environments while documenting patient information accurately.

Currently working as a Caregiver and Learning Support Assistant with a private family in Dubai since 2024, Nancy provides specialized one-on-one support to children with special educational needs. She assists with daily living activities, mobility, and therapy routines while supporting learning through tailored educational and sensory activities. Her role involves collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to monitor progress and maintain nurturing environments that encourage independence and confidence. Earlier in her career from 2017 to 2018, she provided in-house childcare support in Dubai, helping patients with exercise, balanced meals, medication, personal care, and household tasks while offering companionship and maintaining safe environments.
