Namutamba

Namutamba Faima is a Ugandan with three years of nanny and housemaid experience. She worked for two years as a nanny and housemaid for an Arab family in Saudi Arabia, followed by one year working for a foreign family in Dubai, UAE. Throughout her positions, she supervised and cared for children, bathed, dressed and prepared nutritious meals, performed housekeeping, laundry, ironing and cleaning duties, assumed full responsibility for household in absence of parents, disciplined children according to the methods requested by parents, maintained a safe and healthy environment in the home, organized activities, promoted and taught good hygiene practices including diapering, prepared nutritious meals and snacks including bottles and baby food, did the children's laundry, kept children's areas neat and clean, transported children to and from activities and appointments, provided age-appropriate activities, created a safe environment for children to freely explore, disciplined children when appropriate in a manner consistent with parents' philosophy, and supervised and assisted with homework.

She describes herself as energetic, warm, caring, nurturing, highly loyal, committed to promoting a child's physical, mental, and emotional development, reliable, engaging, with experience looking after babies, infants, toddlers and young children, a good caregiver with good interpersonal relationships, confident and imaginative with constructive play and age-appropriate activities, and proactive and creative. She is currently on a visit visa in Dubai and speaks English.
