Namayanja

Namayanja Gloria has worked as a nanny and housemaid in the UAE for over seven years. She began her career with an American family in Abu Dhabi, Khalifa City, from 2021 to 2022, where she supervised and cared for a toddler while providing educational support by coordinating with an external tutor. She implemented a structured daily routine to improve the child's time management and discipline skills, and managed daily care activities including feeding, bathing, playing, and developmental activities. From 2022 to 2024, Gloria worked for a European family in Al Ain, Um Ghafah, as a nanny and housemaid. Her responsibilities included providing comprehensive care to a newborn baby, infants, and older children, which involved feeding, bathing, and preparing nutritious meals. She provided educational support by guiding children with homework and coordinating with external tutors, while also maintaining cleanliness and order of the facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene and organization. Since 2024, she has been working for a Russian family in Damac Hills 2, where she provides reliable care for a newborn baby both inside and outside the house, ensuring a clean and safe environment. She interacts and plays with the baby to develop a positive relationship, performs fun activities with children, helps with homework and tutoring as needed, keeps children's living rooms and play areas tidy, and sanitizes play equipment, games, and toys regularly. She describes herself as patient, tolerant, and loving to work with children. Gloria holds a Diploma in Nursing and is currently based in Dubai.
