Racheal is a 35-year-old Ugandan with experience in childcare and school support roles. Experience 2023–2025 – Arab family, Dubai: Cared for a child with special needs, assisted with homework, prepared Arabic and Lebanese meals, and managed household chores. 2021–2023 – Jordanian and Indian families, Dubai: Worked as tutor and housemaid for children aged 5 and 9, creating customized learning materials and managing housework. 2017–2020 – Al Estiqlal Private School, Sharjah: Supported students with special needs as part of the inclusion team, implementing IEPs, organizing outdoor games, and assisting with personal needs.
