Nagasha Honest has gained experience in both housekeeping and childcare roles over the past six years in the UAE. From 2019 to 2021, she worked as a housemaid with the family of Saeed Alnaimi, where she performed various laundry duties including folding, ironing, and wardrobe management while managing daily cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Her responsibilities included conducting regular deep cleaning of kitchen appliances such as ovens, grills, hobs, and microwaves, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchenware, and participating in childcare by supervising activities and providing assistance with homework and recreational pursuits.

From 2024 to 2025, Nagasha has worked as a nanny with Rashed Mohammed, where she takes children on outings to local parks and playgrounds while building strong, trusting relationships with them to create a secure and comforting environment. Her current duties include engaging children with games, quizzes, and puzzles, conducting light household chores related to children such as laundry, room tidying, and organizing play instruments, and cleaning and sanitizing play areas. She also prepares healthy, nutritious meals for the children and supports with feeding.
