Napsiyah has built fourteen years of housekeeping and cooking experience across multiple countries and diverse family backgrounds. Her international journey began with a two-year position working for a Chinese family in Singapore as a housemaid and cook, followed by two years with a local family in Saudi Arabia in the same capacity. She then moved to Dubai, where she has worked continuously for the past ten years across various households including two years with a Jordan family, two years with a British family, four years with a local family, and two years as a cleaner with Phasha Cleaning Company. Throughout her career, she has consistently managed comprehensive household duties including daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, along with laundry services and wardrobe organization. Her cooking responsibilities have encompassed meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to household preferences, weekly menu planning, pantry management, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards. She describes herself as friendly, creative, adaptable, hardworking, and having an outgoing personality, with the ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high standards across different cultural household environments.
