Nadia

Nadia is a Ugandan caregiver with four years of documented experience in the UAE. She has supported patients in hospital settings and private care, including individuals with Down syndrome, epilepsy, and those using medical attachments. Experience 2022–present – UAE: Caring for patients with Down syndrome, epilepsy, and medically attached conditions (NGT, PEG tube via feeding machine, tracheostomy, colostomy, ileostomy); changing and draining colostomy bags; monitoring vital signs; bathing, diaper changing, perineal and anal care, changing gowns, and giving medications as prescribed. She notes gaining experience in Khorfakkan Hospital, Fujairah Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.
