Myrell

Myrell Ballaran Monsalve is a Filipino nanny and housemaid with nearly two decades of experience in childcare and household management across the Gulf. She began her career in Kuwait, where she worked for an Arabic family from 2006 to 2008. After relocating to Dubai, she spent 15 years with a Lebanese family from June 2008 to April 2023, handling both nanny and housekeeping duties. Since August 2023, she has been employed by a Chinese-Scottish family in Dubai, continuing her role as a live-in nanny and maid.

Myrell’s responsibilities have included preparing nutritious meals, supporting children with daily routines, supervising play and outings, and managing household chores such as ironing, laundry, and cleaning. She has also cared for infants—handling feeding, bathing, diaper changes, and bottle sterilization—and has experience transporting children to school and activities. She is fluent in English and Tagalog and describes herself as cheerful, dependable, and confident in organizing educational and creative activities.
