Mary Jane Lisama has accumulated over eight years of domestic work experience across three positions in the UAE. Since December 2022, she has been working as a housemaid and nanny for Yulia Volynskaya in Dubai, where she takes care of a preschool child by playing with her, preparing school food, giving baths, and providing tutoring. Her responsibilities also include performing all household chores such as cleaning, washing laundry, cooking, and ironing. Previously, she worked for three years with Tyron Lee Farrell in Abu Dhabi from February 2015 to June 2018, handling basic general cleaning, occasional babysitting, cooking, ironing, and caring for infants and toddlers.

Her earliest domestic role was with Jean Ghossein in Abu Dhabi from December 2012 to January 2015, where she performed housekeeping, babysitting, cooking, and ironing duties. Mary Jane describes herself as hardworking, reliable, trustworthy, and possessing good communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities. She completed a six-month computer-based caregiver training program at DKRS International Caregiver Center in the Philippines, providing her with foundational knowledge in caregiving responsibilities.
