Marcibel Panagini has worked in domestic roles across the Gulf region for nearly eight years, beginning her career in Saudi Arabia in 2017. She spent three years as a babysitter and nanny with the Saad Yousef Alsulaymi family in Alqassim, Riyadh, where she gained foundational experience in childcare. Following this position, she moved to Qatar in 2021 to work as a cook and housemaid for the Ibrahim Alshaikh family in Doha, a role she maintained for over three years until March 2024. Most recently, from May 2024 to July 2025, Marcibel worked as a live-in nanny for the Abdul Rahman family in Sharjah, UAE. During her various positions, she has managed children's daily schedules including school, play dates, appointments, and bedtime routines, while maintaining records of children's activities, meals, and medications administered. Her responsibilities have included supervising and monitoring children's safety, implementing bedtime routines, meal preparation, and children's laundry.
