Lou Ann brings over eight years of nanny and housemaid experience in Dubai, beginning with a six-year position caring for a 9-year-old daughter. During this time, she assisted the child with daily needs, accompanied her on outings, and managed household responsibilities including cleaning, basic cooking of simple meals and some Moroccan cuisine, assisting with cooking duties, ironing, washing clothes, and grocery shopping. Her role required comprehensive support both for the child's care and household maintenance throughout the long-term employment. With her second employer, Lou Ann worked with three children aged 5, 6, and 8, taking on expanded responsibilities that included deep cleaning when the family traveled, daily maintenance cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and comprehensive childcare. Her approach to childcare emphasized educational activities such as helping with homework, drawing, painting, arts and crafts, spelling, math, and reading books, while also accompanying the children on playdates and weekend outings. She focused on teaching the children organizational skills, personal responsibility, and respect for elders including household staff. As a mother of three children aged 22, 20, and 16, she brings personal parenting experience to her professional childcare roles.
