Lorela

Lorela Pontilar has worked as a home helper for over a decade, gaining extensive experience across Lebanon and the UAE. From 2009 to 2011, she worked as a home helper in Beirut, Lebanon, where she maintained and understood family household needs, cared for children ensuring they were fed and clean, took them to and from school, nursery and playgroup, and performed general housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing. Since 2011, she has been working as a home helper in Dubai, UAE, continuing her comprehensive domestic responsibilities.

Throughout her career, Lorela has managed meal preparation and cooking according to dietary requirements, household supplies and grocery shopping, assisted in home care of expectant mothers and babies, and provided pet care assistance when needed. Her daily duties include preparing and cooking meals, washing dishes and cleaning kitchens, preparing lunchboxes and snacks, cleaning rooms and living areas, dusting and polishing furniture, floor maintenance using various cleaning equipment, vacuuming rugs and upholstered furniture, changing sheets and towels, making beds, washing, folding and ironing clothes, organizing wardrobes, cleaning windows and bathrooms, and managing waste disposal. She describes herself as having extensive experience working with frail, aged and younger people with disabilities, strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cuisines, excellent cleaning and organizing abilities, attention to detail, effective time management and multitasking skills, and good communication skills in English and Arabic.
