Lonie Pacheco Pepino has experience working in the UAE and the Philippines. From February 2014 to May 2016, she worked for a local family in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, where she performed daily cleaning tasks, handled washing, ironing, and organizing clothes and linens, assisted with meal preparation, aided in supervising and caring for children, and managed household errands including grocery shopping. Since June 2016, she has been working for a Lebanese-Czech Republic family in Motor City, Dubai, providing attentive care for children from birth until 8 years old including feeding, bathing, dressing, and supervision, organizing educational and recreational activities, maintaining a clean and organized household, preparing nutritious meals catering to dietary requirements, managing household errands, and assisting with coordinating daily schedules including school drop-offs and appointments.

From 1995 to 2004, she worked as a sales lady at Isetan Mall in Manila, Philippines. She describes herself as dedicated, punctual, with excellent attention to detail, efficiency in daily routines, strong multitasking abilities, and a nurturing approach to child supervision.
