Lilian is a Kenyan household manager and nanny with over 4 years of live-in domestic experience supporting international families in Dubai and Singapore. She has worked with Russian and Singaporean families, providing comprehensive childcare from infants to preschoolers alongside household management. She is First Aid certified.

Experience May 2024–November 2025 – Singaporean family, Singapore: Managed day-to-day cleaning for a 4-bedroom residence, organized grocery shopping and meal planning, provided attentive infant care including diaper changes, bottle feeding, and engaging sensory play, and helped children with homework and recreational activities. January 2020–March 2024 – Russian family, Dubai: Provided full-time care for two preschool children fostering age-appropriate learning through play and reading, maintained spotless interiors with deep-cleaning, prepared nutritious meals respecting cultural preferences, managed laundry and wardrobe organization, and planned playdates and accompanied children to extracurricular classes.
