Lechar Castro Malatabon has extensive domestic work experience spanning over five years across different countries in the Middle East. From December 2019 to August 2022, she worked as a nanny for a private family in Hain, Saudi Arabia, where she provided childcare and supervision, organized educational and recreational activities including reading, crafts, and outdoor play, and prepared nutritious meals and snacks while helping establish healthy eating habits. Following this role, she transitioned to working as a housemaid for a private home in Al Ain, UAE from October 2022 to November 2024, where her responsibilities included daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming, along with laundry duties, bed making, and kitchen cleaning and sanitization.

Currently residing in Al Satwa, Dubai, Lechar speaks Tagalog at full professional proficiency, English at native or bilingual level, and Arabic at professional working proficiency.
