K.G. Priyanga Maduwanthi has accumulated over twenty years of experience as a housemaid, nanny, and caregiver across Dubai and Cyprus. She began her career from 2000 to 2007 working as a nanny and housemaid for a European family in Dubai, UAE. Following this, she moved to Cyprus where she worked from 2009 to 2017 as a nanny and caregiver for an English family. Most recently, from 2021 to 2024, she worked as a housemaid for an English-Cypriot family in Cyprus.

Her responsibilities across these positions have included sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the home, washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, bed linens, and curtains, and preparing meals, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen appliances, and managing pantry items. She has also provided support to elderly individuals or patients with personal hygiene, medication reminders, and mobility assistance, maintained kind, respectful, and trustworthy relationships with families, accompanied family members to appointments, parks, or activities, and purchased groceries and household supplies as required. In her childcare duties, she monitored children's activities to ensure safety and wellbeing at all times, prepared and fed nutritious meals, bottles, or snacks according to children's needs, engaged children in educational, creative, and recreational activities suitable for their age, and escorted children to school, playdates, or appointments safely when required. She speaks English and Sinhala.
