Julie Pearl Sus has been working with a family of six members in her current position, which is set to conclude in January. She cares for three children: a newborn baby, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. Her responsibilities include changing diapers, bathing the children, cooking and feeding them nutritious food, giving vitamins on time, and washing and sterilizing milk bottles. She also engages the children in educational activities, teaching them to identify colors, numbers, shapes, and animals, as well as how to write and sing the alphabet and speak English. She incorporates singing and dancing with nursery rhymes into her time with the children.

In addition to childcare, she handles household duties including washing clothes, ironing, vacuuming, mopping, organizing and tidying the home, and washing the car. She describes herself as loving, understanding, a fast learner, and trustworthy, with the ability to adapt to different kinds of families and cultures, noting that she treats the children in her care as her own.
