Joy brings four years of specialized childcare experience in Abu Dhabi, where she has worked with German, American, and Canadian families. Most recently, she served a German-Emirati family where she provided comprehensive childcare, including milestone development support and daily care routines. She maintained the children's environment and prepared homemade meals while ensuring strong communication with parents about their children's progress. Prior to this role, Joy cared for newborns and young children in American and Canadian households, where she implemented structured feeding and sleeping schedules while supporting developmental milestones. Her experience spans various age groups from newborns to older children, with particular expertise in maintaining safe, hygienic environments and providing age-appropriate activities. She brings multilingual capabilities, being native in English with advanced French and beginner German skills.
