Jowenie has been working in housekeeping and cleaning roles in Dubai since 2017. From July 2023 to August 2025, she worked as a housekeeper and office caretaker with Bone Architectural Prospective Drawings Services L.L.C. in Dubai. Her housekeeping responsibilities included performing cleaning and tidying of rooms, making beds, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, handling laundry, ironing, and linen management, restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials, organizing and maintaining storage areas, managing household inventory and coordinating procurement of supplies, overseeing household maintenance activities and supervising gardeners, AC technicians, and car wash personnel, handling minor troubleshooting and repairs, and taking care of household pets. Her office cleaning duties included sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, handling samples for projects, dusting furniture and office equipment, emptying trash bins, restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries, disinfecting high-touch areas, and maintaining cleanliness of communal areas.

From September 2021 to July 2023, she worked as a cleaner and helper with Systecx IT Solutions in Dubai, where she vacuumed, swept, and mopped floors, dusted ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and furniture, scrubbed and sanitized toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures, emptied trash cans, washed and dried windows, collaborated with management to ensure adequate cleaning supplies, and reported breakages or repair needs. Prior to this, from July 2017 to June 2021, she worked as a house cleaner with The Maid Company in Dubai, where she prepared meals and washed dishes, vacuumed, mopped, and swept floors, dusted and wiped surfaces, cleaned toilets, rooms, and windows, scrubbed bathrooms and removed mold and mildew, wiped down kitchen appliances and countertops, handled laundry and ironing, and served as team leader training new staff and managing cleaning materials and inventory. She completed Home Care Training Services in May 2024.
