My name is joan i have 2yrs of experience as a nanny,One of the things I’m most proud of as a nanny is my ability to connect with children on their level while still maintaining structure and boundaries. I’m very patient and attentive, and I take the time to really understand each child’s personality, needs, and interests. Whether it’s helping with emotional development, supporting learning, or just making sure they feel safe and loved, I try to create a positive environment where they can grow with confidence. I also communicate well with parents to ensure we’re all on the same page.
