Hazel Fortaleza Pardeno has been working as a household worker in Dubai since October 2022, bringing her experience in comprehensive home maintenance and domestic duties. Her current responsibilities include cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy home environment. She also manages laundry services—washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens—while preparing and cooking meals according to her employer's preferences and dietary requirements. Originally from the Philippines with a background in Computer Secretarial studies from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Hazel has previous domestic experience as a household worker in Malaysia from 2015-2017, where she performed similar cleaning, cooking, and household management duties. Between her domestic roles, she worked as a Health Worker in Masbate Province, Philippines (2018-2022), providing basic healthcare services and community health support. She is fluent in both English and Tagalog, bringing these communication skills to her household work in Dubai.
