Sujeewa Halpage has built her domestic work experience in Dubai, UAE over more than a decade, working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds. She worked as a housemaid and nanny with an American family from 2012 to 2013, followed by a Russian family from 2011 to 2012, and worked in housekeeping with Apo Trouble Cleaning Company from 2008 to 2011. Most recently, she worked as a housemaid with a Pakistani family from April to August 2022, specifically caring for a newborn baby.

Throughout her various domestic roles, Sujeewa has managed comprehensive childcare and household responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing rooms, kitchens, and work areas, preparing meals and snacks for babies, bottle-feeding infants, serving meals while helping children eat, and preparing formulas following sanitation standards.
