Hello, my name is Gladys. I am 33 years old from Cameroon and a proud mother of one. I have over 4 years of experience as a Shadow Teacher, supporting children with special needs. I have worked with toddlers, pre-school, and older kids, creating individualized learning plans, engaging activities, and providing behavior and sensory support. I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a caring and structured environment.
