Faith Nakibuule is a personal assistant, butler, nanny, and chef with experience across Qatar and the UAE. She worked as a customer service representative at Hamad International Airport in Qatar from 2017 to 2021, assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and flight information, handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information on flight schedules and gate changes, ensuring passengers comply with safety and security regulations, supporting passengers with special needs including wheelchair assistance, managing ticketing and reservations, handling baggage-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. From 2021 to 2024, she worked as a nanny and chef for an Australian family in Corniche, Abu Dhabi, UAE, where her responsibilities included planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals and snacks for children and the family considering dietary needs and preferences, supervising and caring for children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing, creating engaging educational and recreational activities to support children's development, assisting with homework, school runs, and extracurricular activities, managing grocery shopping, meal planning, and household inventory, supporting with light housekeeping tasks, building strong relationships with children and parents through open communication, and running errands and following up on orders. Since October 2024, she has been working as a nanny and chef at St Regis Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she supervises the entire household, ensures everything is well maintained including calling maintenance, shopping, doing inventory and cleaning, follows up on orders and suppliers, packs and unpacks during travels, prepares baby meals, makes menus during events and prepares all meals, and takes care of the baby. She holds advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and speaks English, Luganda, and basic Arabic. She holds a residence visa in Abu Dhabi.
