Esther

Esther Natasha, a 27-year-old childcare and domestic professional from Cameroon currently based in Dubai, has built over six years of experience working as a nanny, maid, and teacher in the UAE. She began her career with a Turkish family, where she worked for two years caring for twin toddlers, managing their daily routines, supervision, and development while maintaining household cleaning responsibilities. Her role required her to handle the unique challenges of caring for twins simultaneously, developing skills in multitasking and creating structured environments for multiple children of the same age.

Following this experience, Esther joined a Russian-Lebanese family for three years, caring for three children who were initially ages 6 and 3, with a newborn joining the family later. Throughout both positions, she was fully responsible for comprehensive childcare and household cleaning duties, with cooking responsibilities handled by the employers as per their preference. Most recently, she worked with another Russian family, continuing to expand her experience with different cultural backgrounds and family dynamics. She describes herself as creative, patient, and reliable, with a strong passion for working with children through engaging activities including reading, music, outdoor activities, sports, and basic learning exercises, while maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-organized home environments.
