Erlyn

Erlyn Pinto Bautista has developed extensive childcare experience over fifteen years, working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds across the UAE. Her career began in 2010 with a Lebanese family caring for one child, followed by a year with an Indian family managing two children from 2012 to 2013. She then returned to work with Lebanese families from 2013 to 2016, again caring for two children, before transitioning to a Russian and Jordanian household with two children from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Erlyn worked with a Greek family caring for two children, and most recently has been employed by a Romanian Italian family since 2023, where she manages the care of three children. She describes herself as having experience in handling pressurized situations within her childcare roles. Throughout her career, Erlyn has demonstrated her ability to adapt to various cultural environments while maintaining long-term positions with international families, currently residing in Al Barsha South, Dubai.
