Elvira

Elvira De Ramos Bayotas is a Filipina nanny and housemaid with extensive experience in both domestic and educational settings. She has been working in Abu Dhabi since 2008, beginning with roles at Butterfly Montessori Preschool and Little Buds Nursery as an assistant teacher, cleaner, and school bus escort. She later joined Twinkles Nursery in 2012, where she continued to support early childhood care and education.

From 2014 to 2015, Elvira worked as a domestic helper for a private family in Abu Dhabi, followed by a five-year role from July 2016 to July 2021 as a babysitter, providing care for children inside and outside the home, preparing meals, and maintaining feeding and care routines. From 2021 to 2023, she worked as a pet sitter, taking responsibility for feeding, walking, and administering medication to dogs. Since October 2023, she has been employed as a housemaid in Abu Dhabi, handling general housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and maintaining an organized living space.

Elvira has also worked abroad, with domestic helper experience in Hong Kong from 2004 to 2008 and in Kuwait from 2000 to 2003. She describes herself as capable of caring for children from infancy to 5 years old and is confident in cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Elvira speaks English, Arabic, Tagalog, and Cantonese.
