Elizabeth Ongoche has built her caregiving expertise through her work in healthcare settings, beginning as a caregiver at Usawa Nursing Home for Elderly in 2018-2019 before advancing to her current role as a Nurse Assistant at Amana Nursing Home from 2020 to present. Her experience at the elderly care facility involved providing companionship and emotional support to clients while assisting with daily activities including personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. She also performed light housekeeping tasks including laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning, accompanied clients to appointments and outings, and maintained accurate records of client care and health status changes.
