Efrance

Efrance Nalugo has experience working as a caregiver and nanny in Uganda and the UAE. For two years, she worked as a caregiver at Sir Albert Cook Hospital in Kampala, Uganda, where she was responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care, and development of young children, got children ready in the morning and took them to school, arranged clothing and laundry, ran household tasks such as taking laundry to the cleaners and buying groceries, cleaned spills and disposed of trash, attended medical appointments or social events with children, helped children with after-school activities like homework, provided healthy meals and snacks, provided supervision and constant care to children, stimulated children to read and be active, played with children and took them shopping and to the park, tidied up children's bedrooms, and performed general housekeeping duties like cleaning, washing up, and ironing.

From 2020 to 2024, she worked as a caregiver for a local family in Dubai, UAE, assisting patients with getting out of bed in the morning and helping them get dressed, bathing patients and checking vitals, performing a variety of chores such as doing laundry, going to the store to purchase groceries, and directing proper use of medication, offering transportation so patients could continue being active members of the community, and preparing meals to maintain a healthy, balanced diet. She holds a Nursing Assistant qualification and describes herself as mature, honest, mentally able to keep up with an active schedule, flexible with time and able to work early mornings, afternoons and some nights, with knowledge of early childhood education and psychology, and able to live in or live out.
