Caroline Wambui Ngugi worked as a nanny for a European family in Dubai, UAE from 2022 to 2023, where she provided childcare for children of varying ages. Her responsibilities included affectionately caring for children from newborn to 15 years old, coordinating activity schedules, developing creative games and learning activities, maintaining a secure child-friendly environment, and performing household tasks such as laundry, changing bedsheets, and tidying up after the children. She also managed cleaning duties including sanitization, bathroom maintenance, and equipment care.

Prior to her position in Dubai, Caroline worked as a nanny for a local family in Saudi Arabia from 2019 to 2020.
