Bruktawet Tesfaye has built her career in childcare and household management across the UAE, beginning her professional journey in the tourist club area of Abu Dhabi from 2017 to 2021. In January 2021, she relocated to Dubai's Sports City area where she has been working with the same family for four years, caring for two children including a newborn and a four-year-old boy. Her role extends beyond childcare to encompass comprehensive household responsibilities including cooking and cleaning duties.

Throughout her time with this Dubai family, Bruktawet has taken on what she describes as holding the whole home responsibility, managing both the children's daily care and the household's domestic needs. Her experience spans over seven years in the UAE, during which she has developed expertise in managing newborn care alongside caring for older children, while maintaining household operations. Her long-term commitment to her current family demonstrates her ability to build lasting working relationships while managing the dual responsibilities of childcare and home management.
