Lumanyika Beatrice Namyalo worked as a nanny and domestic helper from January 2019 to May 2021, where she swept, washed, and polished tiled floors, assisted in purchasing groceries and household items, and performed routine cleaning tasks in assigned home areas. She dusted window blinds, cleaned mats, carpets, upholsteries, curtains, and draperies using vacuum cleaners, cleaned dishes after every meal, maintained kitchen and bathroom sanitation standards, and ensured the functionality of house security cameras and alert systems.
From June 2021 to November 2022, she worked as a nanny and housekeeper for the Charity Committee for Orphans Care in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she was responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care, and development of young children. She got children ready in the morning and took them to school, read to and with the children, attended medical appointments or social events with them, and provided healthy meals and snacks. She also supervised and provided constant care to children, stimulated them to read and be active, played with them and took them shopping and to the park, tidied children's bedrooms and play areas, and performed general housekeeping duties including cleaning, washing up, and ironing. She describes herself as well-mannered, articulate, and responsible, with the ability to relate well with people and work to an excellent standard under pressure.
