Agnes worked as a Learning Support Assistant at GEMS Academy in Ajman from 2021 to 2023, where she conducted Functional Behavior Assessments to identify behaviors impacting students' independence, socialization, and speech, and created behavior intervention plans to address them. She taught essential self-help skills such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mealtime routines, offered individualized speech and language therapy to enhance communication abilities, and organized group activities and games to encourage socialization and peer interaction while reinforcing positive behavior and communication skills. From 2023 to 2025, she continued as a Learning Support Assistant at Springfield International Nursery & Primary School in Awir, where she utilized discrete trial training to teach new skills, used positive reinforcement techniques to encourage independent behaviors and social interactions, organized structured social skills training sessions, and designed functional communication systems such as picture exchange communication systems to support students in expressing their needs.
