Angelyn R. Sebuc, a Filipino caregiver with first aid certification, has accumulated over eight years of experience caring for bedridden patients, cancer patients, and those with Alzheimer's, dementia, and Parkinson's disease. From July 2017 to January 2018, she worked as a home-based caregiver for Victor Ongson, a bedridden stroke patient with dementia and diabetes who had a PEG tube and tracheostomy. From January 2018 to January 2020, she cared for Matteo Guisic, a three-month-old infant with rare conditions including Charge syndrome, microcephalus, hydrocephalus, and heart disease, who had PEG and tracheostomy contraptions.
From June 2020 to June 2022, Angelyn worked as a home-based caregiver for Ignacio Lim Chiok, a Chinese national with pneumonia and brain cancer who was bedridden with a foley catheter, tracheostomy, and PEG tube. From August 2022 to October 2025, she cared for Salem Mubarak Alhbabi, a local UAE patient who was blind with dementia, bedridden, and had bone marrow cancer. Her skills include documentation, medication administration, grooming and bathing hygiene assistance, contraption care for PEG, NGT, catheter, colostomy, and suctioning, and daily monitoring of vital signs. She describes herself as friendly, courteous, dependable, and punctual. Angelyn holds an NCII Caregiving Certificate and a Basic Nursing Skills Certificate, speaks English and Tagalog, and can understand Arabic. She is currently based in Abu Dhabi.
