Airen Tiñas Gajo brings eight years of specialized childcare and healthcare experience across the Gulf region, beginning her career as a newborn care specialist and tutor with a VIP family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from April 2017 to April 2019. During this role, she provided comprehensive newborn care including establishing healthy sleep habits, sleep training, swaddling, bottle preparation, cleaning and sterilization, while developing age-appropriate playing, learning, and socializing activities. She then worked as a childcare specialist and tutor with a VIP family in Abu Dhabi from February 2021 to May 2024, where her responsibilities expanded to include sleep training, feeding through storing and thawing breastmilk, preparing formula, making baby food from scratch, and providing tender care during illness with proper physician-prescribed medication.

Most recently, from May 2024 to April 2025, she served as a healthcare assistant with Roots Care Home Health Services in Dubai, taking and recording patient vital signs, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and repositioning, and providing feeding and medication administration via G-tube as prescribed by medical doctors. Throughout her roles, she has established lasting professional connections with families through open communication and positive feedback, organized and sanitized toys and spaces, taught age-appropriate activities including educational play and reading, and regularly traveled with families to assist with vacation activities and childcare. She describes herself as extremely motivated, professional, hardworking, organized, goal-oriented, and self-driven with excellent skills.
